Tras las instrucciones de seguridad, nos ense\u00f1aron la zona de distribuci\u00f3n de productos y todas las etapas por las que pasa un producto, desde la llegada y su organizaci\u00f3n hasta su env\u00edo y reparto por los transportistas.<\/p>\n
Algo que llam\u00f3 mucho la atenci\u00f3n a los alumnos es el hecho de que todos los productos se almacenan de forma aleatoria, por orden de ca\u00edda (exceptuando productos peligrosos o corrosivos) y para realizar los pedidos se utilizan unos lectores QR para determinar d\u00f3nde est\u00e1 cada producto. Esto se debe a que los clientes de Amazon no realizan pedidos de varios elementos id\u00e9nticos, sino que los pedidos contienen productos muy diversos.<\/p>\n
Result\u00f3 ser una visita instructiva para los alumnos, descubrieron que su perfil de ingenieros de servicios encaja en la log\u00edstica vista como un servicio, para mejorar la l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n y favorecer la gesti\u00f3n del producto.<\/p>\n
